A heart in DUMBO. This is one of the many pieces of "art" that we run into daily. We found this while walking through DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan and Brooklyn Overpass) with Colby and Sadna. The "overpasses" are the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges.
